Oh no! Amanda Bynes was arrested at 4:10 AM on September 28 for DUI, California Highway Patrol has confirmed. This is the actress' second DUI and third arrest.
Amanda Bynes, 28, is in trouble again. Police charged her with misdemeanor after they 'determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance' while driving on Sunday,
HollywoodLIfe.com has learned from police. Following the arrest she was held at the Van Nuys, California police station until 12:44pm that day. She posted a $15,000 bail. Amanda Bynes Arrested For DUI
Amanda's arrest took place when she was stopped in the middle of an intersection on Van Nuys Blvd. in San Fernando Valley, Cali. She also had a 'disheveled' appearance, according to the paperwork we have obtained.
Amanda has an upcoming court date on October 23, and was already on probation.
In 2012, Amanda was charged with DUI in West Hollywood after side-sweeping a car. However, two years in later in February 2014, she was given a plea deal and the DUI charge was dropped. She was then sentenced to three years of probation for reckless driving. She got her license back following the DUI in April 2014.
From September to December 2013, Amanda was placed in the UCLA Medical Center to receive 'specialized treatment in a private facility outside of Los Angeles.' She was released to her family in December. She then enrolled in Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Irvine, California.
