Covered in glory ... FIFA 14
GARETH Bale is set to star alongside Lionel Messi on the cover of FIFA 14..
Game maker EA Sports' announcement is the latest in a string of accolades for Tottenham's Welsh wizard, who was also named the PFA Young Player of the Year, the Players' Player of the Year AND the FWA Footballer of the Year after a dazzling season at White Hart Lane.
And it is certain to dampen any further transfer rumours, as he is pictured wearing next season's TOTTENHAM kit.

Bale said: "The players on the front cover since I was a kid have obviously been legends of the game."
"It's a great honor for me and I'm very proud of it."
FIFA bosses also released a YouTube clip showing how they used motion-capture technology to mimmick the winger's movements.
And images of his in-game facial features were also posted online - showing an unbelieveably close likeness to the real thing.
He says on the video: "To actually be sat here now doing stuff for FIFA is a dream come true and it's great to be involved."

Superstar Bale has been courted by a number of big clubs this summer - including Real Madrid and Manchester United - but he has shown no desire to leave the club he joined in 2007.
And after he unveiled the north London side's new shirt, Madrid bosses are thought to have now accepted they won't be able to sign him this year.
Bale will only appear on covers in the UK, Ireland and the Middle East for the game, which is due for release in September.
