After gaining nine yards on nine carries in Week 1, Buccaneers running back Doug Martin missed last Sunday's game with a knee injury. Four days later, it appears Martin also won't play vs. the Falcons on Thursday Night Football.
Though he'll test out his knee in pregame warmups, NFL.com predicts that it's 'unlikely' Martin will take the field.
Even without Martin -- who practiced this week and took first-team reps -- in the lineup, there's a chance backup Bobby Rainey might move ahead of Martin on the depth chart anyway.

In the Buccaneers loss to the Rams last week, Rainey gained 144 yards on 22 carries.
It's also unlikely defensive tackle Gerald McCoy will play Thursday.
