Most of the episode was centered around the fact that Kourtney isn't a very emotional person. Her longtime boyfriend,
Scott Disick's, parents died a few months ago and Kourt's sisters feel like she's not there enough for Scott.
This season 9 mid-season premiere debuted just a few days after broke the news that Kourtney is preggers with her third child. So instead of filming a scene and cutting it into the actual episode, they opted to put it in the trailer for the upcoming episodes. The original report claims that Kourtney is only 'a few months along' which is pretty exciting if you ask us. Kourtney is also mommy to
