Hunter Hayes displayed two of his many musical talents - singing and playing the keys - while debuting his new single 'Invisible' at the 2014 Grammy Awards.
Hayes looked especially dapper on Sunday (Jan. 26), donning a black long-sleeved shirt and black pants, his blond hair slicked back. After introducing the song on the piano, the young star walked over to a mic onstage and belted out the inspirational 'Invisible' lyrics.
As he sang, quotes from some super-famous names like Steve Jobs, Johnny Depp, Lady Gaga and others flashed on the screen behind him, their words speaking of bullying, not fitting in and being overlooked.
In a pre-show interview, Hayes explained the theme behind 'Invisible,' saying, "It's about my life as a dorky musician." Added the talented singer, "(I'm a) Little bit of a geek that doesn't fit in, and I'm proud of that."
Hayes received a rousing amount of applause from the 2014 Grammys crowd and took a deep bow before exiting the stage. He was certainly not invisible during his performance, and he hopefully empowered lots of youth during his moving rendition. Next: See a Full List of 2014 Grammy Awards Winners
